SHIPPING + RETURNS

Once your order is placed, it will typically take 3-5 to process before it ships out. Please keep in mind these are estimates and may vary. When your order ships you will receive an email.

Orders are processed at our warehouse daily and picked up by USPS or FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We ship orders as quickly as we can. While USPS/FedEx times vary, California orders generally arrive in 1-2 days once they leave our warehouse. Orders to the other continental states take between 2-6 days and international orders can take up to six weeks once they’ve shipped and pass through customs.

Enter a valid street address & will not ship to PO Boxes. You are responsible for verifying that your address is not a PO Box and is a deliverable address.

Changing addresses after an order is placed is not guaranteed. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before confirming at checkout. Orders lost due to the incorrect address being entered will not be reimbursed.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, EMON.ME cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Once orders leave our facilities and you receive your shipping confirmation email, we are no longer responsible or liable for your package. If your order arrives at your local post office and is returned to our facilities before you pick up the package, you are responsible for paying any additional shipping charges that incur.

If you haven’t received your package beyond the expected delivery date, please contact the courier. We typically ship via USPS, but please reference your shipping confirmation email to confirm.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, + EXCHANGES

Once orders are placed, cancellation may be possible if prior to fulfillment but is not guaranteed. Contact us at customerservice@emon.me as soon as possible so we can update you on your real-time order status. If your order has been fulfilled by the time we’re able to get back to you, we can help facilitate a return.

If you’d like to make a return or an exchange, please email customerservice@emon.me for returns/exchanges and include your Order Number and reason for the return.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • For orders that are returned, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
  • A 15% restocking/processing fee is included on exchanges.
CARE, QUALITY, + DAMAGED PACKAGES/ITEMS

We take pride in the quality of our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Sometimes our Quality Control process can miss defects so before you take the tags off take a quick look at your product for any possible errors. If you find something we’ve missed, refer to our returns process and we’ll fix the issue right away. Please note, after 7 days, items are not replaceable if they become damaged. If your order is correct and in good shape, we recommend cutting the hang tags off and not ripping them as ripping may leave a hole.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. USPS updates orders once they arrive at their processing center from our warehouse so please check with them for updates once we’ve shipped it using the tracking number you receive via email.
